Unable to Log In with Firefox

If you are using Firefox on your mobile device and find that you are unable to log in (the log in screen either never appears or is greyed out), please verify if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection set to "Strict" in your Firefox browser settings.  If set to Strict, this will interfere with the log in functionality.  To bypass it, you will need to add an exception for ajc.com.  To do this, tap on the lock icon in the URL address bar. That opens the security setting.  Tap on Enhanced Tracking Protection to toggle it off for ajc.com only.  Once toggled off, the login screen will appear and you can log in as normal.  

Note that this will also impact your access if you are using the AJC app but have Firefox set as your default browser.  Following the steps defined above will resolve the issue in either case.
