If you have already requested a password reset but the link in the email takes you to ajc.com without displaying a window to enter your new password, or if you are unable to get the login window to show, an ad blocker may be incorrectly blocking the password window. You can follow the instructions here to temporarily turn off the ad blocker to see if that resolves the problem, or you can follow these instructions to allow scripts on ajc.com to run.
