- Turn on the iPad, go to Settings, and make sure that you have signed out of your Apple account
- Tap on Settings
- In the bottom right corner, tap on Transfer or Reset iPad
- Tap on Erase All Content and Settings
- Tap Continue and follow the instructions to remove your information and reset your iPad
- Print out the attached return label and return confirmation sheet. If you do not have a printer, you can print out the label at the FedEx location
- Bring the following items to the nearest FedEx location
- Return label
- Return confirmation page
- iPad
- iPad protective cover
- iPad charger
- Let the FedEx agent know that you have a return and need a box to package it in as well as bubble wrap to secure the device
- Make sure that the iPad is within the protective cover, wrap it in bubble wrap, and place it in the box, along with the charger and the return confirmation page
- Securely seal the box, and give it and the return label to the FedEx agent
- They should provide you with a receipt, if they do not, please ask for one. This will be your proof of return for the iPad and accessories
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the iPad has been received and confirmed to be in good condition.
