Contact us at DigitalHelp@ajc.com or 404-522-4141 and let the agent know your account information, and that you wish to return your iPad. They will take your information and submit it in order to have a FedEx return mail label generated and emailed to you. Once you have received the email containing the return label, follow the directions below.
Turn on the iPad, go to Settings, and make sure that you have signed out of your Apple account
Next, reset your iPad. If you aren't still in Settings, go back in by tapping on Settings again
In the bottom right corner, tap on Transfer or Reset iPad
Tap on Erase All Content and Settings
Tap Continue and follow the instructions to remove your information and reset your iPad
Print out the attached return label. If you do not have a printer, you can print out the label at the FedEx location.
Make sure that the iPad is within the protective cover, wrap it in bubble wrap or other packaging, and place it in a box, along with the charger, then securely tape the box shut.
Bring the following items to the nearest FedEx location:
* Return label
* Box containing iPad, iPad cover, and iPad charger
Let the FedEx agent know that you have a return.
Verify that the box is securely sealed, and give it and the return label to the FedEx agent.
They should provide you with a receipt, if they do not, please ask for one. This will be your proof of return for the iPad and accessories.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the iPad has been received and confirmed to be in good condition.
